Table of Contents Generator Stack
This stack dynamically builds a table of contents based on the header tags included in the web page, H1 through H6. Additionally, it can add hierarchical data organization.

The text of the "to top" links.
Marker Separator
The character to use as a marker separator. For example, "." results in 1.2.3
Marker Suffix
The character to add after each marker. For example, ")" results in 1.2.3)
Box Color
The background color of the box.
Text Color
The color of the text.
Link Color
The color of the links.
Box Padding
The padding of the box.
Box Margin
The margin of the box.
Box Rounded
How much to round the corners of the box.
The title of the table of contents.
